Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping questions
When will I receive my order?
We only offer "Priority" Shipping, which delivers in 1-2 business days*. For more information, please see the section below. Please be aware that unforeseen carrier delays and safety measures at our fulfillment center may occasionally extend delivery times beyond the standard shipping period. Additionally, our shipping partners may not make deliveries on national holidays, causing potential delays. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.
How much is standard shipping?
The good news is that shipping is free on most orders over $65. If your order is under $65, a small shipping fee of $9.99 will be charged. For the below states, the shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of your order:
Do you offer overnight Shipping?
Absolutely! For more urgent orders, we offer overnight Shipping via Fed ex Orders must be made before 10 am local time for overnight delivery .
Please note orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Priority shipping is unavailable for orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or destinations outside the contiguous United States.
Lastly, selecting priority shipping on your first subscription order will automatically apply to all future orders.

Who will ship my order?
We are now using FEDEX for the majority of our orders, with a small percentage going via USP also .
Why does my tracking number show Pending?
Your tracking number might show as pending because it has yet to be scanned in or is in transit to the distribution location. Our current delivery time of 3-6 business days includes the possibility of this delay, and you should see tracking details and an estimated delivery date updated on your order within 24-48 hours.
Can I get shipping updates?
We'll send you email alerts with the status of your order, and you can view the tracking information on your account .
I need help.
Something is not quite right with your delivery? Do you suspect your package may have been lost or not delivered? First of all, we're sorry to hear this! Don't worry. Contact us within 7 days of your order being placed or marked delivered, and we'll look into this for you.
If we're made aware outside of this time, Team Party box may not cover order issues or lost package costs.
Returns
We like to keep things simple here at team party box , so you can return any of our products for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Your items must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received them to be eligible for a refund.
Please be aware if you wish to return an unopened product, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We kindly request that you keep this in mind before initiating a return. Thank you for your understanding.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that we can offer you a discounted return shipping label, which will be deducted from your order refund.
